You are away from buying your first guitar. I remember I fell in love with the first guitar. I used to go and just look at it in the store. It was a Fender Fender Telecaster.
Of course, in those days, my family couldn't afford to buy a guitar, so it was 10 years later when I finally buy my first guitar.
So what do you do? How can you know which one is right for you?You must purchase the same, your friend owns?Choose a Gibson, Martin, a Taylor? How about Fender, Yamaha, Takamine, Guild or ovation? Do you buy a vintage guitar, a second-hand guitar, a cheap guitar?
With the huge number of guitars available on the market today, can go out to buy a guitar seem to be
an overwhelming task. But with a few basic under your belt, you can buy a guitar easy.
While the proven brands (as mentioned above) are generally best built guitars using the best materials, they are also much more expensive than lesser-known brands.
But these lesser-known brands, beginner style guitars, have been surprisingly good values in the last few years.
You will hear many opinions on what to look for when you buy a guitar. for example, I was recently in a guitar store when I noticed a young couple who looks on guitar.
I overheard the man says that his friend had told him he needed to buy a guitar "with a fresh top".He kept saying this again and again while looking over each guitar instead.
His wife kept looking over the guitars says "this is beautiful, you think not? or "this one looks nice."
The man kept repeating his mantra of "We need one with a fresh top."
When it was obvious to me that he knew, really, what a "fresh top" was, and that they were both totally lost and don't have a clue about how to buy a guitar, I decided I better would save them!
So I spoke with them in a few minutes and within 10 minutes they were happy, smiling, and on their way with a new guitar.
When you buy a guitar I feel, there are 4 aspects of great importance. the items listed here are for an acoustic guitar. I believe that it should be everyone's first guitar.
1. you must be happy with, or similar way guitar sounds. Play with a couple of guitars, or if you do not know how to play yet, has the seller play them for you. Have him play the same song or melody (so you can compare apples to apples). Listen to the way they sound. Some are high, some have a deep wooden quality and some ring with a crystal-like tone. There is not a right or wrong audio there is only do as you like best! After a while you can decide to buy a guitar for each sound. For now, pick although you like best. When you have solved a few that you like best, go to the next step.
2. Guitar must be comfortable. Have a seat on a stool or a Chair (no weapons on Chair please) to get to grips with guitar and place the bottom curve of the guitar (if you are right-handed) on your right leg
(if you are left-handed) you must position the bottom curve of the guitar on your left thigh. Lean them back a little, so you can see what you are doing and ask themselves is it feels comfortable?Think hand strumming comfortable on the front of the guitar? Is it too big?Is it too small?Do you have to bend over too much or sit also equal? Now strum the guitar, you can do it comfortably? If your guitar is not comfortable added guitar away and repeat this step with another guitar.Don't bother going on to the next step.If you are not familiar with the guitar DON "T buy IT.Try other guitars until you find one that meets your comfort level only, and then go to step 3.
3. now you can see and work with the neck of guitar. It should be easy for you to wrap your hands around comfortably. There are many shapes guitar necks and different widths as well. The most important in buying your first guitar is that it must be easy for you to wrap your hands around comfortably. When you find a guitar that is comfortable, check two more things.Frets (the wire strips, which cut across fingerbræt). you have to ensure the ends are terminated correctly if not they will be sharp and can cut your fingers when you play guitar. You should also check the string height, if they are too high, they will be hard press down and play. They will too low buzz and clunk when you strum or pick your notes.Sometimes a guitar store has a set or repair Dept., will "set up" your guitar for you, but it can sometimes be expensive; A you found guitars that you like the sound of is comfortable in your shot with a neck that is th right size and form, are you ready for the final step.
4. you must buy a guitar that is within your budget. contrary to popular belief, you are not required to use hundreds or thousands of dollars to buy a guitar that is decent and will serve your formålMin daughter surprised me with a guitar she bought for $ 100. I was ready to take her back and specify clerk equal to take her $ 100.00 and ripping her. "How can they do it, take her money ... "this is what I thought. good to make a long story short, she brought me guitar and I must say it sounded better and feel more comfortable than guitars, I have seen, the cost is $ 250.00 to $ 350.00! so you can buy a guitar and stay within your budget when you become a better guitar player then go to invest in a really good guitar for now remember something you play guitar to have fun. So have some fun playing guitar and learning the guitar and you decide when you want to buy a guitar of higher value!
OK, is the tip I successfully shared with others, when they ask me how to buy a guitar. luck on buying your first guitar!
